Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the best condition. For every purchase worth ₹999 or above, we shall deliver your order to your doorstep free of charge. A shipping charge of ₹115 shall apply to every order below ₹999. Additionally, a Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders.

If an order gets cancelled, remains undelivered, or is lost in transit to your preferred destination, we’ll refund the entire order amount, including shipping charges.

In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

In case you return a delivered order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you choose to self-ship the return, you will be reimbursed as per our Returns Policy.

1. Can you tell us the shipping charges on Kalkira's products?

Kalkira offers free shipping within India on all orders worth ₹999 or above. For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will apply. A shipping charge of ₹150 shall be applicable on every order below ₹499.

2. How long does it take for an order to reach us?

We strive to process and ship all orders within one business day. The exact dispatch time depends on product availability, which will be communicated during the ordering process. Based on the shipping address within India, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days after dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to the inaccessibility of the delivery address or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Does Kalkira deliver products outside India?

Kalkira currently does not deliver products outside India. Orders may be placed from anywhere in the world; however, the delivery address must be located within India.

4. I have ordered from Kalkira before and received the product, but now I'm unable to place an order to the same address. Why?

Some PIN codes that were previously serviceable by Kalkira may have become unserviceable due to courier or logistics constraints. If your PIN code falls under this category, we may be unable to accept or fulfill your order. You may provide an alternate delivery address with a serviceable PIN code to complete your purchase successfully. 5. On your website, you mention dispatch within 24 hours, but delivery takes longer. Why?

We process and dispatch orders from Kalkira’s warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–10 working days depending on the destination and courier partner.

6. What are the means of delivery?

Depending on the delivery location and service availability, Kalkira utilizes reliable domestic courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of products across India.
